Pasteles ¹ , Pasteles have been in our family tradition for as long as I can remember . Bright and early mornings, waking up to prepare the pastry of choice , getting everyone together for a day full of conversation , fooling around , running , playing games ; so much energy dispersed but when it was time to cut the pastel everybody hurdled around to get theirs . As I look around all I saw were focused eyes and smiles as my elders passed out the slices . Everyone Devoured.

We bring the same to you , your friends and family to fully enjoy in what we’ve been baking for ages. 

Taking it back home , from working at local bakeries , watching mom perfect her craft whenever there was a celebration, the way the tres leches recipe gets mixed ,  the patience to get the bread elevated to a firm golden top but an inside so soft it melts in your mouth, to excelling in working with fondant , we take pride in what we say we’re about . Everything working in harmony to provide you nothing less than Custom.Cultured.Cakes.
